  • Expand your horizons and develop new skills

  • Catch up with good friends and meet new ones

  • Connect with people from all countries and cultures

Our club meetings are held on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays of every month, February to November.

ROTARY AT A GLANCE

What is Rotary?

Rotary brings together a global network of volunteer leaders who dedicate their time and talent to tackle the world’s most pressing humanitarian challenges. Rotary connects 1.2 million members from more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Their work impacts lives at both the local and international levels.

HISTORY OF ROTARY

Our 1.2 million-member organization started with the vision of one man—Paul P. Harris. The Chicago attorney formed one of the world’s first service organizations, the Rotary Club of Chicago, on 23 February 1905 as a place where professionals with diverse backgrounds could exchange ideas, form lifelong friendships and take action. The name Rotary came from the group’s early practice of rotating meetings among the offices of each member.
